ESS LLC runs the used heavy equipment yard on US Highway 301 in Hilliard, Florida (552882 US-301, Hilliard, FL 32046) — skid steers, excavators, backhoes, dozers, telehandlers, wheel loaders, tractors, and trailers, every unit inspected before listing. Prices are published with taxes included, freight is quoted in writing to any state, and each retail sale carries the IRON+ 30-Day Guarantee: a full refund on elected returns with return transport covered.
Sunbiz entity, satellite view of the US-301 yard, live phone answer, written freight quote to Macon. All four passed before I wired, and the 320 showed up matching the inspection sheet line for line.

Price on the site was the price on the invoice — taxes in. Freight was quoted in writing before I committed and the hauler called me an hour out. Simple, clean, done.

Machine was honestly more excavator than my jobs needed. Elected the return on day 19, they arranged and covered the transport back to Hilliard, and the refund cleared in full. No restock fee, no argument.

Came down from Brunswick on US-301. Machine was staged, warmed, and the yard hand cycled every function while I watched. Nobody hurried me. Signed that afternoon.

Asked for proof the unit in the photos was the unit I'd get. Got a walkaround video with the serial plate, the meter, and a cold start — same day. That is how you earn a wire from a stranger.

Backhoe was exactly as listed and the paperwork was airtight. The hauler lost a day to weather in Georgia — dispatch flagged it before I had to ask, which is why this is still four stars and not three.

Compared three Florida yards on the same spec. Hilliard had the only tax-included number and the only written return window. Out-the-door math wasn't close.

Took a compact track loader in March and came back for a mini ex in July. Same desk, same straight answers, invoice matched the emailed quote to the dollar both times.

Applied through their financing page on a Tuesday, approved Thursday, machine dispatched the following Monday. My credit union was still asking for forms when the dozer was already cutting pad.

The 5085E had real hours and the listing said so plainly. Pedal wear and pin slop agreed with the meter. Priced like the honest machine it is — I'd rather that than a polished lie.

Tennessee buyer here. Wire went to the registered LLC name printed on the invoice, the machine arrived serviced, and the inspection sheet emailed ahead matched what rolled off the trailer.

Had a delivery-window question after hours and still got a callback first thing. (904) 274-0341 reaches actual people who know where your machine is. Rare.
